Supplier Event Form

Deadline: December 15, 2016

Organizations planning meetings/events during PCMA’s Convening Leaders in Austin must submit this form for approval prior to securing space or planning an event.

Follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the form prior to securing space or planning the event
  2. Fill out one form per event
  3. Do not schedule an event or transportation during official conference activities:
Sunday, January 8 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Monday, January 9 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Tuesday, January 10 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM & 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Wednesday, January 11 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Space is secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Official PCMA Hotels: PCMA will work with the facility to determine availability, secure appropriate space and confirm. Then, you will be put in contact with a facility representative to finalize all function/event details and billing arrangements.

Other venues: The information will be collected for the other venues and submitted to the CVB or venue to follow up with you.


2. Select by preference your top 3 venues in order of preference below, including the Austin Convention Center. Headquarter hotels include: Hilton Austin and J.W. Marriott Austin.

Additional Official hotels: Courtyard Austin Downtown, Four Seasons Hotel Austin, Hampton Inn and Suites Austin Downtown, Hyatt Place Austin Downtown, Omni Austin Hotel Downtown, Radisson Austin Downtown, Residence Inn Austin Downtown, Westin Austin Downtown
