Your well-being is PCMA’s #1 priority. Here is what we are doing to protect your health and peace of mind so you can focus on getting down to business at Convening Leaders 2022.
New: Vaccination Requirement
PCMA will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all participants attending Convening Leaders 2022 at Caesars Forum.
All onsite participants (including all service providers, PCMA staff, and guests) are required to upload proof of vaccination in advance before being allowed into Caesars Forum. A COVID-19 booster shot is strongly encouraged as extra protection.
Vaccination credentialing will be managed by Safe Expo both leading up to and during Convening Leaders. Please submit your vaccination card to the secure vaccination verification portal before the event. Safe Expo will verify each attendee’s vaccination prior to the event. An APPROVE or DECLINE (with explanation) each submission within (1) business day of the upload. Please note that the email may end up in your junk mail.
Your vaccination verification will be a PDF attachment with a purple screen. You must show the vaccination verification to the Safe Expo team before picking up your conference badge.

Vaccination Verification Card Example
Physical vaccination cards that show full vaccination no later than December 26, 2021, will be accepted. Please show your card to the Safe Expo team if you choose to go this route. You will then receive a vaccination “GO CARD” that will allow you to pick up your conference badge.
In addition to SafeExpo, we will also accept HealthPass by Clear.

Testing Availability
Onsite testing will be available throughout the event. PCMA is working with Safe Expo to manage the onsite health and safety plan in addition to adhering to Caesars Forum, MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel, Harrah’s, The Linq Hotel, and Drai’s Nightclub’s health and safety policies – all of which follow CDC guidance for meetings and events. If participants wish to test onsite, Safe Expo is offering three options, at the responsibility of the individual:
COVID-19 testing will be available onsite through Safe Expo; all costs are at the responsibility of the individual:
-
-
- Rapid Antigen Test – $50 each
- Rapid Molecular NAAT LAMP Test* – $150 each
- Rapid RT-PCR – $200
-
To save time, complete your information and schedule your testing in advance.
*This test is different from a PCR, which requires a 24-48 hour turnaround. This test is acceptable in Canada, Japan, Korea, and most of Europe, but please double check your local health guidelines to be sure.
Test Before You Leave Home
For your own peace of mind, we strongly recommend taking a COVID-19 test before you depart for Las Vegas and the day after you arrive onsite.
Mask Requirements
The State of Nevada and Clark County require and will enforce that all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask indoors. PCMA, Caesars Forum, and all ancillary event partners will enforce this mandate for indoor settings and ground transportation. Masks are not required for outdoor networking opportunities; however, we encourage you to do what you are most comfortable with.
Be Well Policy
PCMA will enforce its Be Well policy which is required consent during registration by all participants as a condition of onsite participation. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to traveling to or while onsite in Las Vegas you will reconsider your participation at the event.
To help ensure your personal safety and comfort during Convening Leaders, PCMA is committed to robust and transparent communications during the event. We encourage all participants to monitor PCMA social media channels and download the JUNO Live app to their mobile devices to receive up-to-the-minute updates.
Unvaccinated Individuals
You can still participate in the fun and learnings of Convening Leaders 2022 by registering for the digital experience.
Caesars Forum Team and Service Providers/Vendors
While the goal is to have everyone who works the meeting be vaccinated, PCMA cannot legally require other organizations’ employees to be vaccinated. Our service providers and vendors will do everything they can to ensure team members working the frontlines are vaccinated. Anyone who is unvaccinated is required to wear a mask.
This is a very fluid time, and we will continue to evaluate what is needed to ensure you are comfortable and we meet safely.

No. For events offsite, Clark County currently does not have a proof of vaccination requirement to enter a business. Please note that Convening Leaders participants agreed to PCMA’s Be Well policy which is required consent during registration. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to traveling to or while onsite in Las Vegas you will reconsider your participation at the event. If there are any changes to local requirements, we will advise participants via the Convening Leaders JUNO app.
The safety of our participants is our number one priority. At this time we have no reason to believe that Convening Leaders will cancel. We believe COVID-19 will be an ongoing health and safety risk that all business event professionals and their business partners will have to manage with informed measures. Should circumstances no longer allow for a safe in-person experience in Las Vegas, the event will shift to a fully digital experience.
