Mia Monroe, MTA, CSEP, CMP, DES has more than 20 years of experience in event planning and producing, with her skills running the gamut from small, intimate dinners to large-scale, multi-day conferences, citywide concerts, festivals, and everything in between. Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic, Mia has acquired and honed her virtual event skills and has become a PCMA Digital Event Strategist (DES) expert.
Currently, Mia is a Virtual Event Manager for AgileThought. Previously, she was a Virtual Event Manager for Blue Sky eLearn, where she managed a portfolio of virtual event projects with a diverse set of clients seeking to develop and execute webinars, webcasts, virtual conferences, and live/mock-live remote recordings. She has previously held positions including Associate Director of Conferences at Sustainable Brands; Conference and Event Manager—VETS, LLC, for NASA; Director of Special Events for Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse (AVDA); and General Manager at Norris Conference Centers, among others.
