How do I book my hotel?
In order to book your hotel room for Convening Leaders, you must first register for the event. Within your CL27 Registration Participant Portal, you will see your personalized link to book housing.

The final day to book housing within our block is December 1.
Book inside the block. Keep your $300.
A $300 USD housing incentive has been built into the PCMA Convening Leaders 2027 registration rate for participants who book accommodations within the official event hotel block. Attendees who reserve accommodations outside the official hotel block will forfeit this incentive, and a $300 USD fee will be invoiced or charged on provided credit card following the event.
Maritz is the Official Housing Provider for PCMA Convening Leaders 2027.
Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to PCMA or Maritz.

What are the hotels and how much are they?
There are more than 15 total hotels in the official Convening Leaders room block at varying prices and distances from Miami Beach Convention Center.
Every hotel in the block.
Our inventory fluctuates. Sold-out status is current as of today and is subject to change — rooms are released back into the block as reservations are cancelled or adjusted, and the block itself may increase. If your preferred hotel shows as sold out, check your personalized housing link again or contact pcma@maritz.com.

Airports & ground transport
What transportation options are available to and from the airport?
Miami Beach is served by two airports. From either airport, you can book rideshare (Uber, Lyft) or taxi service directly to the Convention Center or your hotel, or rent a car on-site.

45–60 minute drive. About an hour from Miami Beach.

Smart casual dress is appropriate for Convening Leaders. Remember, meeting rooms can get chilly, so we always recommend easy layers for your comfort. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes!
