PCMA encourages you to share your Convening Leaders experience before, during and after the event. We want to see what you’re learning, who you’re meeting and the moments that make #PCMACL memorable. To help create a respectful and positive experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines.
What’s Encouraged
- Share your Convening Leaders insights, photos and favorite moments.
- Use the official hashtags #PCMACL and #CL27 so others can find and engage with your posts.
- Tag PCMA on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, TikTok, Bluesky and PCMA Axis.
- Engage respectfully with fellow participants, presenters, sponsors and partners.
- If a presenter welcomes social sharing, feel free to share their ideas or quotes. Please tag or credit them whenever possible.
What to Avoid
- Do not post content that is derogatory, demeaning, offensive, inflammatory or discriminatory.
- Do not engage in personal attacks, harassment or intimidation.
- Do not record sessions or share screenshots of presentation slides unless the presenter or PCMA staff has given permission.
- Do not share copyrighted, confidential or proprietary content without permission.
- Before posting a photo or video featuring another person, be mindful of whether they have asked not to be photographed or recorded.
Speaker and Content Etiquette
- Presenters who welcome online sharing are encouraged to include their social handles and preferred hashtags on their slides.
- Credit speakers and sources accurately when sharing quotes, research, visuals or ideas from a session.
- If a presenter does not want their content shared on social media, they should let the audience know at the beginning of the session.
- Please respect any requests from presenters or fellow participants not to be photographed, recorded, quoted or tagged.
