With over 30 years’ experience in the event industry, John brings a diverse perspective to his clients’. Throughout his 17 years with Experient Inc. as a Planner, Account Manager and Sales Leader, John worked with a variety of events and clients, in almost every major city and venue in the US and Canada, which perfected his skills to trouble shoot challenging issues, create valued solutions and support his clients’ goals to produce successful events. Over the following 12 years’, John’s experience in the DMO and venue world, John expanded his knowledge and skills in team leadership, venue operations, contract negotiations and knowledge of the labor markets, while always maintaining the role of a trusted partner to his clients. Today, John enjoys the collaborative environment that the Heritage brand promotes, enabling strong client partnerships, while providing solutions to provide outstanding face-to-face experiences for every trade show they service.
