For more than 20 years, Sourabh Kothari has been building high-performing teams and award-winning products for the world’s largest brands, including marketing programs at Cisco that were nominated for two Emmy awards.

During the Pandemic, Sourabh had the unique opportunity to train more than 3,000 business event professionals globally on digital engagement for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events through PCMA’s Digital Event Strategist certification course. His new venture, Mindcurrent, uses data science and performance psychology to analyze team performance and wellbeing, with expert insights delivered directly via Slack and Teams based on each team’s unique culture and stress factors. Before co-founding Mindcurrent, Sourabh worked at two B2B SaaS startups, one of which is now a unicorn, and the other recently went public on the New York Stock Exchange.
