What are the registration rates?
Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase. Please refer to the registration rates on the registration page.Â
How do participants register?
Participants are encouraged to register starting on the registration page. If you’ve logged into PCMA.org, or have registered for Convening Leaders in the past, please use the same email address that we have on file. If you’d like to change your email address, please  contact us  at your convenience.Â
What is the dress code for this year’s event?
Smart casual dress is appropriate for Convening Leaders. This typically includes slacks or khakis, a dress shirt or blouse, an open-collar or polo shirt, an optional tie or seasonal sport coat, a dress or skirt, a tailored blazer, a knit shirt or sweater, and loafers or dress shoes that cover all or most of the foot. Remember, meeting rooms can get chilly, so we always recommend easy layers for your comfort. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes!Â

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, December 13, 2024 to receive a refund minus a $150 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After December 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time no refunds will be granted. Cancellation of Student and Faculty registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee each. There are no refunds for PCMA Foundation contributions, or ancillary event tickets.Cancellation for Convening Leaders does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.
Replacement of a registered PCMA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, January 3, 2025. After 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, January 3, 2025 no substitutions will be allowed and all substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations of the original registrant and subject to the cancellation policy. If the substitution request is made before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, January 3, 2025, the original registrant’s registration will be refunded less the processing fee and the new registrant must register as a new attendee to complete registration and housing. The new registrant must be named in the written notification and register before the original registrant is refunded. If the original registrant was registered as a PCMA member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering.
