When and where is Convening Leaders?

What are the registration rates?

Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase. Please refer to the registration rates above. 

How do participants register?

Participants are encouraged to register above. If you’ve logged into PCMA.org, or have registered for Convening Leaders in the past, please use the same email address that we have on file. If you’d like to change your email address, please contact us at your convenience. 

What is the dress code for this year’s event?

Business casual dress is appropriate for Convening Leaders. This typically includes slacks or khakis, dress shirt or blouse, open-collar or polo shirt, optional tie or seasonal sport coat, a dress or skirt, a tailored blazer, knit shirt or sweater, and loafers or dress shoes that cover all or most of the foot. Remember meetings rooms can get chilly, so we always recommend easy layers for your comfort. 

What are the average temperatures in San Diego in January?

The average high is 66° F and the average low is 50° F

What is the health and safety plan for onsite?

As always, we will continue to monitor and follow the current CDC guidelines and craft the plan accordingly.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, December 8, 2023 to receive a refund less a $150 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After December 8, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time no refunds will be granted. Cancellation of Student and Faculty registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee each. There are no refunds for PCMA Foundation contributions. Cancellation for Convening Leaders does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process. 
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to conveningleaders@executivevents.com.

Substitution Policy:
Replacement of a registered PCMA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time Monday, December 18, 2023. After Monday, December 18, 2023 the substitution fee will increase to $75. If the original registrant was registered as a PCMA member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering.
Substitutions must be submitted in writing to conveningleaders@executivevents.com.
