What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, December 8, 2023 to receive a refund less a $150 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After December 8, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time no refunds will be granted. Cancellation of Student and Faculty registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee each. There are no refunds for PCMA Foundation contributions. Cancellation for Convening Leaders does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
Replacement of a registered PCMA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time Monday, December 18, 2023. After Monday, December 18, 2023 the substitution fee will increase to $75. If the original registrant was registered as a PCMA member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering.
