Convening Leaders is a global omnichannel showcase of business events, giving audiences the flexibility to participate how and where they choose. The CL21 broadcast schedule is included on conveningleaders.org, and we are able to connect participants in different regions/countries.
The program is based on 3 core themes — Participant Engagement, Business Models and Reskilling — based on PCMA’s ongoing campaign of research, reskilling, event experimentation and education based on insights from you, for you.
The CL21 broadcast will be a mix of live, simulive and rebroadcasts designed to maximize the engagement for our entire audience. Details on how and where participants can engage with this year’s program will be posted here on conveningleaders.org, as they become available.
Registration rates are based on membership type. See the list above for the current rates.
Registration launched on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. The early rates will remain throughout the Convening Leaders event.

There will be no hotel blocks this year since we are not meeting as an official event in Houston. Any questions please send them directly to Amanda Kurtz at akurtz@pcma.org.

Community: Individuals who have similar career roles and can benefit from learning together, and from one another. We are trying to create shared interest groups.
During the registration process, individuals will be asked to select a maximum of two roles that best identify their experience in the business events industry. PCMA will then create cohorts for them to explore Convening Leaders together.
Cohort: A sub-group of your community, the individuals you will be learning with before, during and after Convening Leaders. Communities will be divided into small cohorts (10-20 people) prior to the event for learning and networking.
The registration system will not allow for payment by multiple credit cards. Should you want to put part of your payment on a different credit card (example: registration fees to a corporate card, Foundation donation to a personal credit card) this is not a problem. Please contact conveningleaders@executivevents.com or call 1-866-483-0174 (1-303-731-1035 International). We will also accept checks over the phone.
