Convening Leaders 2023 Registration Rates

To receive the PCMA Member rate, individuals must be a member in good standing at the time of the event. Join/Renew your PCMA Membership. Special pricing available for attendees who reside outside of the United States or Canada.

**For recent graduates and event professionals who are early in their careers. To qualify for the Next Gen Rate, you must be either a Business Event Organizer or Business Event Supplier and a maximum of 30 years old at the time of attending to receive the rate. Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase. Please refer to the registration rates above. 

Participants are encouraged to register above. If you’ve logged into, or have registered for Convening Leaders in the past, please use the same email address that we have on file. If you’d like to change your email address, please contact us at your convenience. 

Business casual dress is appropriate for Convening Leaders. This typically includes slacks or khakis, dress shirt or blouse, open-collar or polo shirt, optional tie or seasonal sport coat, a dress or skirt, a tailored blazer, knit shirt or sweater, and loafers or dress shoes that cover all or most of the foot. Remember meetings rooms can get chilly, so we always recommend easy layers for your comfort. 

The average high is 36° F and the average low is 20° F 


At this time, the blocks at all the conference hotels are closed.

Existing reservations can be adjusted or cancelled by calling the hotel directly starting on December 30, 2022.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of Registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, December 9, 2022 to receive a refund less a $150 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After Friday, December 9, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time no refunds will be granted. Cancellation of Student and Faculty registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee each. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. There are no refunds for PCMA Foundation contributions, Party with a Purpose or Fitness event tickets. Cancellation for Convening Leaders does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.

Substitution Policy:
Replacement of a registered PCMA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time Friday, December 16, 2022. If the original registrant was registered as a PCMA member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering. After Friday, December 22, 2022 no substitutions will be allowed.
