Kristin brings extensive experience in design, engagement, team-building, and leadership that give her a unique perspective on projects and leading teams. Prior to joining Storycraft Lab as an Experience Strategist, she served as the Director of NASA’s Goddard Visitor Center, where she created a comprehensive master plan and led the multi-year redesign of all exhibits and public spaces.
