Shamira is an experienced Corporate Manager, Growth Consultant and Innovation Coach. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

As a manager, Shamira lead major strategic and operational projects at multinational corporations in the automotive and financial services industries. She also worked as a consultant with startups and SMEs, driving critical business development and growth initiatives.

She has extensive experience designing and running Intrapreneurship, Innovation and Lean Startup programs to multinational corporations in Europe, Asia and the US. She is passionate about teaching/coaching and thrilled to help organisations transform in challenging circumstances.
