What are the registration rates?
Registration costs vary based on membership status and time of purchase. Please refer to the registration rates on the registration page.Â
How does a participant register?
Participants are encouraged to register starting on the registration page. This registration login is separate from PCMA.org, but utilizes your email to check your membership. If you registered for Convening Leaders 2025 or edUcon, please use those login details.  If you are new to PCMA events in 2025, create an account using your PCMA-linked email, if you have one, for a smoother setup. When should I arrive and depart for CL26 in Philadelphia?
Participants are encouraged to arrive Sunday morning so they can participate in the Do Good, Feel Good activity or the pre-event workshops on Sunday afternoon. There are also chapter receptions and the first-timers experience before the evening opening keynote on Sunday. Departures should take place after 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, as you will NOT want to miss the closing Main Stage.

What is the dress code for this year’s event?
Smart casual attire is recommended for Convening Leaders in Philadelphia. Think slacks, dark or black jeans, or khakis paired with a blouse, dress shirt, polo, or open-collar top. A dress, skirt, or tailored blazer also works well, and you can add a tie or seasonal sport coat if youâd like. Comfortable dress shoes or clean sneaker footwear that covers most of the foot are best. Meeting rooms can be chilly, so bring layers, and donât forget â comfortable shoes are a must for getting around!

How do I reserve my hotel room?
Hotel reservations should be made during the registration process or in the Participant Portal after completing registration. The cut-off date to make a reservation at the discounted group rate is Friday, December 12th. Click here to see rates and hotels offerings available.
What is my participant portal?
The Participant Portal is your personalized event hub. Once logged in, you can update your profile, book your hotel, build your schedule, access pre-event workshop details, find social promo assets, and add and purchase foundation activities. Youâll also find important event updates, resources, and on-site information all in one place.
Will there be a coat check or bag check at the convention center?
Yes! There will be a coat and bag check available at the center next to registration.
What is the health and safety plan for onsite?
Your well-being is our priority. Weâll continue to monitor and follow the latest CDC guidelines to ensure a safe experience for all participants. In addition, weâve developed a tailored health and security plan specific to CL26 to keep everyone comfortable and cared for throughout the event.
What if I need to cancel?
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellation must be submitted via email to events@conveningleaders.org dated on or before Friday, December 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. CST to receive a refund less a $150 USD processing fee. After 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, December 12, 2025, refunds will be granted. Cancellation of Student and/or Faculty registrations are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for PCMA Foundation contributions, or ancillary event tickets. A Convening Leaders event cancellation does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Replacement of a registered PCMA participant by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. CST Friday, January 2, 2026. After 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, January 2, 2026, substitutions will not be accepted, and all substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations of the original registrant and subject to the cancellation policy.
If the substitution request is made before 5:00 p.m. CST on January 2, 2026, the original registrantâs registration will be transferred to the new registrant who must complete registration. Housing reservations must be updated separately. The new registrant must be named in the written notification. If the original registrant was registered as a PCMA member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering.
